1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

The information we collect from you or ask you to provide will be used to:

  1. Ensure the basic functions of the product operate properly;

  2. Provide product features and services;

  3. Optimize and improve our products and services;

  4. Protect the security of our products, services, and users; and

  5. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and national standards.

Our product mainly helps AI complete phone conversations on your behalf based on the call scenario, additional information, and task instructions you enter on the call preparation page. During an AI call, if the AI needs you to provide details such as a phone number, order number, or reservation information, the information you voluntarily submit will be used to continue and complete the current call task. When you use voice input, real-time calling, or connect Kikago Bluetooth earphones, the app may process your voice input or call audio to enable speech recognition, real-time AI processing, call understanding, and cross-language communication.

The app may also collect information such as your iOS system version, device model, language and region, time zone, app version, anonymous performance logs, error logs, WebSocket connection status, and latency data. This information is mainly used to diagnose compatibility issues, analyze software faults, maintain service stability, and continuously improve the product experience. Call records, transcripts, and WAV audio files generated by AI calls are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Permissions Required to Provide Features or Services

We respect and protect the privacy of all users. To provide better services, the following permissions may be required when you use our product:

Local Storage: Obtained statically. Used to save call transcripts, WAV audio files, and your in-app preferences, such as the selected AI model, voice input method, language, and related settings.

Microphone Access: Obtained dynamically with your authorization. Used to capture your voice input, call audio, or speech-to-text content to enable real-time AI processing, voice input, and call communication features.

Bluetooth Access: Obtained dynamically with your authorization. Used to connect Kikago Bluetooth earphones or Bluetooth audio devices and transmit necessary audio data between the device and the app.

Location Access: Obtained dynamically with your authorization. Used only when you actively use the "Search Nearby" feature to look for restaurants, places, or points of interest, and only to obtain nearby place search results.
